Employment practice equivalent rights outsourcing

Airlangga University guarantees the equivalent rights for outsourcing workers. We govern it on the Circular Letter Number 2200 in 2022 on Third-Party (Outsourcing) Service Management, outlines that employing our sourcing staff must be in accordance with the agreed contracts, including concerning statements equal rights and obligations with employees, including wages, benefits, health rights, and leave rights (points cf). The outsourced staffs functions to support our goods and services management which is regulated in Rector Decrees’ Number 16 for 2022. We hold control over suppliers of goods and/or services by complying with the Modern Slavery Act and Sustainable Procurement Principles.
