Free drinking water provided
Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR) is dedicated to the well-being of its community by providing free, easily accessible drinking water for students, staff, and visitors. Water taps and dispensers are located strategically throughout the Management Building, Joint Lecture Building, and University Lake, ensuring everyone’s hydration needs are met. Currently, a new water system called Reverse Osmosis provides clean drinking water which is processed from ground water. These initiatives aim to reduce the usage of single-use plastic bottled water, resulting in plastic waste reduction. This commitment not only emphasizes our focus on health but also aligns with our commitment to a sustainable, environmentally-friendly campus. Regular maintenance and quality testing of our water facilities ensure compliance with safety standards. Therefore, the well-being and safety of our community are of utmost importance, and we take pride in providing this essential service to everyone on our premises.
