Maternity and paternity policies
We have implemented maternity and paternity leave policies that explicitly support women’s participation. These policies are outlined in Rector’s Decree No. 52/UN3/2020 concerning Employee Leave Permit Service Standards. According to Attachment V, employees are entitled to maternity leave, which includes one month prior to and two months following childbirth. Additionally, Circular Letter Number 175 of 2022 (point 4) and Number 187/UN3/HM/2021 (point i) highlight the maternity and paternity policies at UNAIR. These policies allow women to take maternity leave and enable men to take leave to care for their wives and babies.
