Women’s Mentoring Schemes

Women's mentoring schemes

Universitas Airlangga supports the mentoring programs designed for women, with the majority of participants (about 80%) being female students. We commit to empowering female students collaborating with Griya Khadijah, especially for character development, entrepreneurship workshops, spiritual and faith development, and fostering women’s empowerment through public speaking and leadership training. Furthermore, the Student Executive Board in Faculty of Humanities and Girl Up UNAIR held a workshop, which was attended mostly by female students. The workshop entitled “Get to Know Sexual Harassment and Defend Yourself” gave an understanding of sexual violence and the procedures for reporting such cases to female students.
