SDG 5: Gender Equality

Women’s Progress Measure

Policy of non-discrimination against women

Universitas Airlangga firmly upholds its commitment to anti-discrimination, especially against women, through Circular Letter Number 175 of 2022 concerning Inclusive Campus and Anti-Discrimination. This policy ensures that we ban acts of discrimination, especially against women (point d); against perpetrators of women discrimination; and impose sanctions on perpetrators (points d–e). We also guarantee the rights of all academics, including female students, staff, and lecturers at the university (point g). To enforce this policy, the university has established vital support units, including the UNAIR Help Center, the Psychological Services Unit, and UNAIR Hope Helps. This unit helps the academic community, without exception, including women, obtain counseling for all forms of discrimination.
