SDG 7: Affordable and Clean Energy

Divestment Policy

100% renewable energy pledge

Our goal is to create sustainable and liveable futures. At Universitas Airlangga, we have a commitment to be Net-Zero Campus by 2030. We support the transition to a net-zero future by setting targets, metrics, and policies to reduce the direct impact of our operations to the environment. The use of solar power plants and wind power plants; the provided green and sustainable transportation; and the automation systems are the work we do within our campuses aligning with our commitment. Not only for our internal, but also support rural areas in Pasuruan and Madura, where facing electricity shortage, with an assemblable solar and power plant. Otherwise, we also educate our community in a national seminar entitled Renewable Energy integration: Policy, Technology, and Stability Challenge.
