University principles on corruption and bribery
As our commitment to organized crime, corruption, and bribery, the university has an Anti-Corruption and Criminal Law Policy Study Group as well as a Center for Anti-Corruption and Legal Policy Studies by the Faculty of Law. We continue to implement policies to prevent organized crime, corruption, collusion, nepotism, and bribery, representing our slogan, “Excellence with Morality”. In Rector’s Regulation number 24 of 2019 concerning the Code of Conduct, point 5(D) underlines that we reject all forms of gratification related to work or position. Furthermore, it is supported by the Ethics Council to handle alleged violations of ethics, norms, and behavior. We issued several Rector’s Decrees regarding this matter, as example in Number 45 of 2020, Number 514 of 2021, and Number 25 of 2019. We put our effort in contributing to corruption-free zones and clean bureaucracy as part of the Integrity Zone Development Program.
