Identify and engage with local stakeholders
Airlangga University has witty policies and procedures engaging with local external stakeholders. This policy is rooted in Government Regulation Number 30 of 2014, specifically in Article 77, which empowers UNAIR to form partnerships with external organizations to advance its university objectives. Through Standards of Procedures about Partnerships and Development Management Board, it governs collaborations with domestic partners, covering universities, companies, and other entities. According to higher education’s Three Pillars, the Research and Community Service Body of Universitas Airlangga has crafted a comprehensive guidebook for executing community service initiatives, including specific regulations for collaboration with stakeholders. Also, our Strategic Plan underscores the hexa-helix approach model that promotes collaboration across academia, business, government, and the community, fostering synergy and collective progress.
