Universitas Airlangga tracks and addresses the issue of gender differences in graduation rates. In 2022, out of 8,270 graduating students, a significant proportion, 5,731 or 69% female graduates. We continuously commit to ensuring equitable opportunities for all graduates, focusing on closing any gender-related gaps. The university achieves this through the Directorate of Career Development, Business Incubation, and Alumni (DPKKA). This directorate offers comprehensive support for graduates, including female graduates, by providing career development programs, workshops, mentoring, training opportunities, and regular evaluations. Graduates also have access to job fairs and various other development initiatives, all designed to facilitate a successful career journey.
