Divestment Policy

Policy development for clean energy technology

Airlangga University supports government efforts in developing clean energy policies and energy-saving technologies. Universitas Airlangga is also working on this for the wider community, such as the construction of Hydroponic Installations, Automatic Nutrition Dispenser Systems in Pasuruan, and Electric Bicycles and Solar Panel Shelters for E-Bike Charging in Sumenep. Airlangga Community Development Hub (ACDH) also collaborates with the Bintan Regency Government in providing facilities and training on fish drying equipment with advanced technology, through the use of solar panels. Universitas Airlangga is also active in introducing renewable energy to the public through national seminars with the theme Renewable Energy integration: Policy, Technology, and Stability Challenge. Presenting the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, the Executive Vice President of PT PLN (Persero), and the Head of the Electrical Technology Development Division of PT Pembangkit Jawa Bali.
