Local biodiversity included in planning and development
Universitas Airlangga exhibits a commitment to integrating local biodiversity into their planning and development processes. Notably, the comprehensive approach is outlined in Rector’s Degree Number 1050/UN3/2021 concerning the Green Campus policy. We have a vegetable garden with hydroponics on Campus C, right behind the student dormitory. In addition, we also have a 7,000-square-meter campus forest park that features a concept of green open space located near Lake Unair. This campus vegetable park and forest park show that we’re incorporating local biodiversity into our planning and development processes.
