Events For Local fFarmers and Food Producers

Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR) is dedicated to fortifying ties and facilitating knowledge exchange among local farmers and food producers. Recognizing the vitality of a cohesive local agricultural community, UNAIR rolled out a series of workshops and seminars in 2022, encompassing diverse sectors from animal husbandry to fisheries and agriculture. Notably, our Mini Agrotourism Program offers the public educational insights into various cultivation practices. To bolster this initiative, we’ve fostered partnerships with local agricultural bodies such as the Livestock Business Development and the Surabaya City Food Security and Agriculture Service. These collaborations not only promote knowledge sharing but also spur innovation, ensuring a progressive and sustainable local agricultural ecosystem.
