SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals

In 2022, Universitas Airlangga, in collaboration with the World University Association for Community Development (WUACD), organized a Summit focusing on “Improving Global Environmental Health for Sustainable Community Resilience.” The event incorporated various methodologies and approaches for collecting data related to SDGs. Covering discussions on topics such as the green economy, blue economy, health, and food security, the summit attracted participants from over 10 different countries. Additionally, through a collaborative framework with Universiti Putra Malaysia, this summit exemplified collaborative data-driven efforts to advance SDGs on a global scale. We also took part in the agenda of the Association of the Universities of Asia and the Pacific in Bangladesh, where they presented material related to research and community service implementation in line with SDGs, along with our achievement in developing the COVID vaccine in Indonesia as a contribution to achieving SDGs 3.
