This involves multiple sectors, such as health, tourism, and the economy. This partnership promotes sustainable development by enhancing community services through the integration of various elements in urban areas, encompassing governance, the economy, quality of life, the environment, and human resources. The goal is to provide people with accessible yet affordable housing options. Furthermore, we collaborate with the People’s Housing, Settlement Areas, and Human Settlements division of the East Java Provincial Government to engage in discussions regarding house price estimation and property evaluation.
