Pedestrian priority on campus
Universitas Airlangga gives priority to pedestrian access within its campus environment, regularly revitalizing pedestrian sidewalks at Campus B and C for safety and comfort. Campus B revitalization areas include Faculty of Psychology, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, library, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, and Language Center. The pedestrian area is connected to the west-exit gate of Campus B. At Campus C, we widen the pedestrian zones on both sides of the road which extends to the main gate exit. Additionally, Campus A also enhanced the pedestrian access by adding a shady roof and sufficient lighting at night to make it comfortable and safe. However, all the pedestrian sidewalks are provided with ramps and paths for disability.
