Universitas Airlangga actively contributes to local arts through annual public performances such as choirs, traditional music and dance groups, theater performances, and orchestras. In 2022, we presented more than 8 theater performances of Gapus Theatre, one of them was held to welcome the Festival of Avant-Garde Performing Literary Arts (FESSPA) during a performance tour in Pasuruan. Additionally, we celebrated The Cultural Festival annually to preserve our traditional music instrument, Angklung performed by Surabaya Angklung Percussions. However, on that event, we presented other performances from Fibra Dance Team, Gapus Theatre, Alpha Cheerleading, and Japanese traditional dance. Not only that, at the annual concert of Airlangga University last year, they performed ATIRATH: Precompetition Concert, in collaboration with Chandelier Choir.
