Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR) champions educational outreach across Indonesia, helping remote communities and street children. The SCOLAH initiative, under “Unair Mengajar,” provides playful monthly learning for East Java’s remote children, aiming to boost literacy. UNAIR’s “MBKM” program offers nine distinct activities, from internships to research, with thousands participating. Additionally, students volunteer to guide street children and support special needs children. The “Radiology Mengajar” initiative by the Radiology department refines children’s soft skills in areas like public speaking and storytelling. Overall, our students show a strong commitment to pioneering educational social opportunities.
