Disability access scheme

Airlangga University is committed to ensuring comprehensive access for individuals with disabilities. In compliance with PUPR Ministerial Regulation No. 14/2017, we’ve implemented wheelchair ramps, accessible restrooms, and elevators across multiple buildings. Specific classrooms on the ground floor are also allocated for easy access in buildings with fewer levels. Highlighting our dedication, the “Narayana” room in our Campus B library offers assistive technologies such as ‘zoom max’ for students with low vision and ‘text to speech’ equipped with NVDA software for the visually impaired. Furthermore, our Directorate of Education’s inclusive education team addresses the diverse needs of students with disabilities. Partnering with Bank CIMB Niaga Syariah, we also ensure financial accessibility, providing scholarships for students with special needs. These efforts are part of our commitment to inclusivity and accessibility.
