Universitas Airlangga is dedicated to supporting the well-being and growth of its community, particularly those from underrepresented groups. The Airlangga Safe Space (ASAP) is our counseling support and the Peer Counselor Training (PCT) designs to train peer counselors. This program includes both content delivery and hands-on training, such as role-playing. In addition, the Directorate of Career Development offers both online and offline career counseling for students and alumni. Furthermore, our Human Resources department provides Career Training/Webinars and Entrepreneurship Training/Webinars, focusing on career guidance, entrepreneurial skills, and certified internships which highlight the comprehensive approach to support and empowerment of our students especially those from underrepresented groups.
