Access to university underrepresented groups recruit

Universitas Airlangga demonstrates our commitment to ensure diversity and inclusivity for students, staff, and faculty recruitment processes as well. Annually, we open a volunteering program to assist students with special needs in their academic journeys. While these opportunities are open to all students, selection criteria ensure that only the most committed, empathetic, and genuinely dedicated individuals become a part of this initiative, embodying the essence of selfless support for peers. Further, we are keen to focus on recruiting academically talented students who might face financial difficulties. We proudly support 347 students from low-income families enrolled under the Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) College Program, distributed across various departments.
